CLEAR SINUSES

  1. Antihistamines every 4 to 6 hours (should start working within 15 mins.)
  2. Wearing nasal strips (such as Breathe Right Strips)
  3. Cold compresses on cheekbones (should start working within 10 to 15 mins.)
  4. Vitamin C 500-1000mg once and/or twice daily with food
  5. Pomegranate Juice
